You assume complete responsibility for your use of the application and for any transactions, key management, or smart contract interactions initiated through it. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the application shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein. Features such as transaction simulations, fee suggestions, and asset valuations are provided for convenience only and are not guarantees of outcome or security.
Self-Custody Policy
Ledger Live Desktop is a non-custodial interface designed for use with Ledger hardware wallets. We never have access to your private keys, recovery phrases, or digital assets. You alone control your seed phrase and any device-based key material. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials, maintaining secure backups, and ensuring the physical and digital security of your hardware wallet and computer. Lost seed phrases, compromised devices, or unauthorized access may result in irreversible loss of digital assets. Ledger Live cannot recover, reverse, or freeze transactions, nor can it restore access to your wallet without your recovery phrase.
